OLD RECIPE
The disclosing of an ancient family recipe, hidden among old memories and dusty papers of an attic, launched the line of “Aceto Balsamico Il Conte – Old Recipe”, which recalls the ancient
tastes and the perfumes.
It is obtained from a specific cooking of must coming from selected grapes, and from the maturation in precious oak barrels. It is a dense and velvety product.
It is ideal to use it raw; it refines and exalt every dish.
