This is the younger Balsamic Vinegar of Modena intended for everyday use. It has an intense aroma with a hint of fruitiness and a pungent flavour with a soft note of sweetness. Ideal with omelette and eggs dishes, for cooking roasted meat and to marinate vegetables. The range is composed by different sizes: the 250 ml bottle, available also with spray, 500 ml and 1 lt.
