Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “Il Conte”

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “Il Conte” comes straight from the heart of the production of the famous condiment, Spilamberto, and is produced and bottled here, to protect its quality. The production method, in addiction to analytic and organoleptic features is governed by EU regulation n. 583 of 2009 that also regulates the presentation of the product, packaging and labeling.
