The range Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “Il Conte”, manufactured respecting Production Law (Reg. EU n. 583/2009) standards, guaranteed by Ministry of Agricultural, Food, Forestry and Tourism Policies, stands out for:
-A selection of the best grape musts coming from Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, Montuni grapes.
-The exclusive use of first quality Italian wine Vinegar;
-The exclusive use of raw materials coming from non genetically modified grapes (GMO free);
-No added sulphites
-Gluten free.
“Il Conte” products are also signed by the seals of Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. These seals could only be applied on the bottles of those members of the who observe the following strict production rules: production and bottling in the Province of Modena and better standards regarding the density of aged products.

The Organic range is certified according to European, Canadian, American and Japanese standards.
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
To guarantee the quality and respect for Production Law, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “Il Conte” is checked by Consortium for Protection of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that authorizes the bottling, after chemical and organoleptical analysis.
Halal Certification
From 2019, Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP are certified as Halal (lawful), as they are produced according to Shari’ah and following completely traceable production supply chain.
Company quality system
The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety represents a recognized tool of guarantee about business reliability, that Aceto Balsamico Il Conte has implemented in 2015. The BRC standard identifies the specific elements of a management system focused on quality and hygienic-sanitary safety of products, according to HACCP system.
The IFS standard (International Food Standard) is related to food security and is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), whose main purpose is to enhance and promote food safety all along the supply chain. IFS is in the meantime standard of safety and quality of food products.
