Cheesecake with strawberries and balsamic vinegar of Modena
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS FOR THE PASTRY:
300 g flour,
150 g butter,
75 g sugar
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING:
ricotta 250 g,
90 g sugar,
2 baskets of strawberries,
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP “Il Conte” 3 tablespoons
PREPARATION
Prepare a dough with flour, sugar, eggs, butter and yeast. Pull a sheet high at most an inch and place in a baking dish 25 cm greased and lightly floured. Trim the edges of the dough to 3 cm from the bottom, lie above the foil. Put the beans on the bottom and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Mix in a bowl the ricotta and sugar. Remove from the oven the pan, empty the beans and foil and hang out the mixture. Separately, cut into slices strawberries and mix them with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “Il Conte”. Arrange the strawberries on the compound radial and serve.
