Meat rolls with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Ingredients for the recipe of Balsamic Vinegar rolls (for 6 rolls) :
- 6 slices of pork loin
- 6 rolls of bacon
- 6 slivers of cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Il Conte
- Vegetable soup
- Fresh bay leaves
Place a slice of bacon roll over the loin together with a sliver of Parmesan
Roll the slice of meat up and fix it with a toothpick.
Coat meat lightly in flour then brown it in a pan.
Let them cook in all its sides, add some salt if necessary and half glass of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Let the Balsamic Vinegar evaporate, then add half glass of vegetable soup and water together, some bay leaves and cook it quickly with high flame.
