New 2015 Certifications: quality for an efficient customer service

Aceto Il Conte comes back to Anuga after the great success of last editions, to introduce the new gift collection 2015 andper-newsl-300x250 meet the numerous operators of the sector that will participate to this edition, bringing them up to the world of Balsamico.

Since 1891 Aceto Balsamico Il Conte dedicates its activity to the valorization and diffusion of Balsamic Vinegar and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena: an historical reality that is constantly renewed through the quality certifications that the firm has been committed to obtain and maintain with the mission to guarantee always the highest quality of the products and an efficient customer service.

In recent months Adriano Grosoli’s firm obtained also two new certifications.

The first one is BRC Global Standard for Food Safety , created in 1998 to ensure that the brand products are produced according to defined quality standards and in compliance with specific requirements.

The application of the BRC identifies the specific elements of a management system focused on quality and health and hygiene safety of products, based onthe HACCP system for plan and implementation.

The second is IFS standard (International Food Standard), related to food security and recognized by the InternationalGlobal Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), whose main purpose is to enhance and promote food safety throughout the supply chain.

IFS is applied to food companies that provide food branded products of retailers.

The attainment of these certifications, besides those already consolidated, is the result of the constant care of the firm to produce with responsibility and with respect of tradition, to offer, nowadays as in 1891,  a unique product
