Salad of Apples with Balsamic Vinegar
INGREDIENTS:
Mixed salad: endive, the erbanoce, the arugula and lettuce hearts.
Apples: 2 large diced;
Roasted nuts: half cup;
Grana Padano: flakes.
DRESSING:
Aceto Balsamico di Modena “Il Conte”: 2 tablespoons;
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons;
Lemon: 1, the juice;
Salt;
Pepper.
PROCEDURE:
Peel and cut the apples into cubes or thin slices, wash, dry and cut the lettuce.
In a large bowl, combine the salad, apples, walnuts and shavings of parmesan cheese.
For salad dressing: combine the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
