Slice of ricotta cheese and cocoa with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

INGREDIENTS FOR TWO PEOPLE

1 egg
165 g ricotta
65 g of icing sugar
40 g of syrup of sugar cane
15 g of cocoa powder
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI “Il Conte”

PROCEDURE

In a bowl beat the egg with the icing sugar.
Add the ricotta and fresh, after well mixed, pour 2/3 into a mold lined with plastic wrap.
In the remaining cream incorporate cocoa powder, mix well and pour over the white part.
Cover and place in freezer for about ten hours.
Remove the slice of ricotta cheese and cocoa from the container and let stand at room temperature.
Meanwhile, emulsify the sugar syrup with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and garnish each slice.
