cottage cheese or other cheese 60 g,
shelled walnuts
INGREDIENTS FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP “Il Conte” 25 ml,
salt,
white pepper,
extra virgin olive oil 30 ml,
1 egg yolk
PROCEDURE
Arrange the spinach washed and dried in the salad, combine the cream cheese and walnuts.
Drizzle with the vinaigrette Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “Il Conte”.
