‘Overcooked’ beef with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Ingredients:
500 gs of muscle of beef- 60 gs of butter
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- a glass of milk
- a pack of whipped cream
- 4 spoons Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Put some butter in a casserole and brown it together with the beef, an onion cut in slices and a carrot cut in big pieces. Fry all turning often, add the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and leave drying. Then pour the milk and the whipped cream.
Cook with moderate fire for about 2 hours and, if necessary, add other milk.
Salt it only few instants before getting away from the fire.
